Can I use my own boxes?
Yes. Use sturdy double-walled cardboard boxes within the size and weight limits. Everything must be boxed, including suitcases and bags.
How do monthly payments work?
Storage is charged monthly and continues until your chosen redelivery date. The booking will show the final agreed pricing before payment.
Do I need to know my return date?
Your planned storage duration helps you estimate the cost. You can request a redelivery date when you know your plans.
What if my box count changes?
We confirm the boxes received and reconcile differences before finalising any billing adjustment.
What is included in this estimate?
